I’ve known Ryan for almost 20 years – its been so long I can’t even remember how we met.  What I do remember is that he was always lined up across from me when we used to play football together in elementary school.  He was super fast and about a foot shorter than me back then and now he’s about 6 inches taller than me and now he walks everywhere because he’s too smooth to run…  😀  Joyce has become a really great friend of mine over the last few years too.  She’s always fun to be around and laughs at all my jokes.  She didn’t grow up with us but definitely fits right in like family.

Ryan and Joyce met back in college and they have been friends for years which has contributed to how strong their relationship is today.  In a few months they will be celebrating 5 years of their relationship, so we met up with them in Washington, DC to celebrate a huge milestone in their lives.  Ryan and Joyce are so perfect for each other, they are fun, down for anything and have such great style.  A killer combination for an awesome Photo Session!

Logan’s back!  We had lots of fun photographing Logan for the first time last year.  You can check out those photos here.  He’s changed so much!  Still cute but this time he can sit up, walk around, and can understand some english too. 🙂

I can’t believe he’s already a year old!  I realize that things can get very busy in our lives so it was really great to take a nice walk in the park with some good ol’ friends. 😀

Baby boys and trains always seem to be a good mix, so it looked like a good way to start this off.

In this photo we have Logan, Van, & Tuan standing within a memorial for people that we lost during 9/11.  It reminds us how important it is to make sure we spend as much time as we can with the ones we love.
